the usual I am FASHIONABLY LATE........lol.....and again with the BABS......nonetheless it was still a fun filled Sinulog 2013,got to see a number of floats and i failed to mention one of the weirdest Sinulog ever with the babs..,..always the funniest group to be with,,,.......
